Woningbouw haalt stiekum oude tuinschuttingen weg. Omdat ze wel de verantwoordelijkheid hebben voor onderhoud maar niet voor plaatsing. Ze hopen langs deze weg dat de huurder nieuwe plaatst voor eigen rekening. Zonder compensatie verhuurder.

- Teveel verwaarloosde tuinen zijn de schuld oorzaak van vetwaarlosing verhuurder zelf!
- De verhuurder verantwoordelijk zou moeten zijn voor onderhoud èn plaatsing van tuinschuttingen.
